Student Parking
Vehicles displaying a valid student parking permit are permitted to park in designated student spaces in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, on all levels of the Parking Structure (PS-100), and along Mesa College Circle. Along Mesa College Circle, near the tennis courts, carpool parking is allowed with a special permit granted by the campus police office in Q-100.
Student permits do not authorize parking in spaces marked "Visitor Parking" or "Faculty and Staff Parking," therefore vehicles showing a student permit and parked in these areas are subject to citation.
Flex Parking
Vehicles displaying a valid student semester parking permit can park in “FLEX STAFF” parking spaces located along Mesa College Circle and in Lot 1 after 4:00 pm.
This only applies to “FLEX Staff” spaces and not to regular staff spaces. Students are not permitted to park in designated “Faculty/Staff” spaces at any time
Student Parking Permits
Parking permits may be requested at the Student Mesa Accounting Office (I4-106) or online through the MySDCCD portal. Permits are valid for only one semester and expiration dates are printed on the permits.
- Students parking permits purchased before the deadline will be mailed to the student.
- Student parking permits purchased after the deadline will need to be picked up at Mesa College Police Q-100. A valid student or government identification is required.

Lost Parking Permits
If a student, faculty, or staff member loses their parking permit, they should head to the campus police to fill out a Lost/Stolen permit report. A replacement permit can be purchased for $40.
Bus & Trolley Passes
Using the PRONTO system, students who are enrolled in 7 or more units are eligible for discounted bus and Trolley passes, good for unlimited transit trips all semester long! Passes can be purchased at the Student Accounting Office.
Daily Parking Permits
Daily parking permits are available for purchase from machines located in most student parking lots. Daily permit fees are $1 per hour, with a daily limit of $5. Due to their inability to provide change, machines only accept bills and coins, and exact change is required. The machines are positioned at the east end of Lot 1 as you approach, in the middle of the lot near the disabled parking spaces, and near the main entrance near the bungalows. Additional machines are situated at the southern entrances to Lots 2 and 3, the west entrance of Lot 4, and adjacent to each elevator on each floor of the parking structure.
Virtual daily visitor/student parking permits are available for purchase online using the ParkMobile app. This allows students to purchase a virtual hourly/daily permit from a smart device. The campus code for Mesa College is 21003.
Visitor Parking
Visitor parking spaces are available on campus. Mesa College has ten (10) free visitor parking spaces in Lot #1 in front of the Student Services Center and on Mesa College Circle in front of the Administration (A-100) Bldg. Student parking permits are not valid in posted Visitor parking spaces and no student parking is allowed in these spaces. Violators may be may be cited.
